Sleep is Overrated

Nice to know all of you will wake up to this blog today. Wish I was one with you all. School has been incredibly busy, and as much as I'd like to sleep, some of you will get on to me for not writing this. i got away with it once, but I take that as a freebie, the rest will get points deducted. For my readers, whoever you may be, I've been thinking of doing a contest of sorts. The prize, i have no clue, but it's an idea. If you know me on facebook, shoot me a message with your ideas. Then again, I'm not sure how many readers i have, so maybe when we round up some more, it would work. nevertheless, I would love your input on any ideas/suggestions you have for TSM. This blog is for the readers after all!

I was quite surprised to see Avalon. the band has been on a small hiatus for a bit, and with members dropping out, returning and new faces constantly, it's great to see that they're far from being over. Im curious to hear what their new sound and ablum will offer!

Singer songwriter, Mark Shultz's song "What it Means to be Loved' is recently featured on the Come Alive CD, inspired by a mother who decided to keep her baby, despite doctor's suggestions of abortion.

The pop/rock band Newsboys plan to launch a fall 2009 tour called 'The Way We Roll'. The tour kicks off this october. Keep a look out to see if they'll visit a city near you

Steven Curtis Chapman is currently working on a new project, titled Beauty Will Rise. "Heaven is the Face" has received plenty of positive feedback. Look for more to come!

. Worship Leader. Vicky Beeching signs with Integrity Music. She's working right now to release a self-titled EP due November 24th. She has two previous albums, 'Painting the Invisible' and 'Yesterday, Today and Forever'

Word Entertainment Partners with Universal Studio's Rock the Universe. The theme park recently started doing Christian concerts, as well as BarlowGirl's (who is signed with Word ) newest CD release party. The label will implement extensive marketing promotion in support of "Sunday Bonus Concerts" as well.
